Cancellation Policy
At Skye's Edge, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows make it difficult to fill appointment times and impact my small business.
Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% service fee
No-shows: 100% service fee
Multiple late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings
